What we’re about
All The Feels Space: A Space for Emotional Intimacy & Authentic Connection
ATFS is a gently held field space for exploring emotional intimacy, vulnerability, and self-awareness — without pressure, performance, or expectation.
We gather to unmask what it means to truly feel: to be seen, heard, and met in honest presence. Through guided reflection, gentle somatic practices, and shared dialogue, we remember how to connect — first with ourselves, then with others.
This is not a play party or sexual space.
It’s a fully clothed, non-performative environment for emotional depth, grounded safety, and real human connection.
In this field, we practice:
- Presence — slowing down to feel what’s here, now
- Attunement — listening with both body and heart
- Boundaries — honouring “yes,” “no,” and “not yet”
- Expression — revealing rather than performing
The space is intentionally vetted and gender-balanced (approximately 50/50).
If you’d like to join a circle or learn more, please send a message request to nsharâh feels on WhatsApp. You’ll be invited for a short conversation to ensure comfort, alignment, and safety for all participants.
