Hawaii, the Big Island, Oct. 2012

I know this is over a year away, but to take advantage of this great deal, I need to make resort reservations next month. I am posting this now to see how many people would be seriously interested, so I can decide how many condos I will need to book. This will be set up strictly as a waiting list for now, and later people can be moved to the Yes list when deposits are paid.

The best part is, we can have a full week at a cost of $225 or less per person! (You'd pay twice that for a Motel 6 if they even had one there!) The biggest cost will be air fare, but then we have a year to watch for the best possible deals. The condos have fully equipped kitchens, so it won't cost any more to eat there than it would at home. The Big Island offers everything you'd find anywhere else in Hawaii, and more! Gorgeous beaches (including white sand & black sand), rain forests and waterfalls, coffee, pineapple and sugar cane plantations, and active erupting volcanoes. We won't be lacking for things to do in our 8 days and 7 nights there!

That will be enough to accommodate 18 people total. Deposits will be fully refundable.
