I know its been awhile so I figured it's time I posted up another event in historical Tramway Theatre and its gorgeous Hidden Gardens at:
25 Albert Drive
Glasgow
It's a wonderful multi faith event to bring everyone together from all walks of life. We went last year and it was just beautiful.

As part of Glasgow's 850 Celebrations and inspired by Taste the Place, join us for a joyful afternoon at the Interfaith Summer Picnic, a vibrant celebration of community, culture, and connection — hosted in partnership by Interfaith Glasgow and The Hidden Gardens.
This FREE family-friendly event brings together people of all faiths, backgrounds, and walks of life for an uplifting day filled with:
🌱 A delicious vegetarian buffet featuring international dishes prepared by local vendors
🌍 Cultural experiences that let you explore and appreciate different traditions from around the world
🎨 Interactive activities like turban and hijab tying, henna art, and crafts
Set in the beautiful, peaceful Hidden Gardens, this picnic is a space where refugees, newcomers, and long-time locals can connect, share stories, and celebrate the rich multicultural fabric of our city.
✅ Free – all food and activities are free but are limited and will be first come first served.

This event is free entry but a donation of £5pp wd be welcome towards ever increasing meetup fees. I will make a donation from the fees towards the organisers as we do every year.
Tramway is an accessible venue on the southside of Glasgow.
I will order the free tkts for attendees once ppl RSVP.
