A Ecstatic Dance não se trata apenas de ouvir ou tocar; é sobre saborear o prazer, cheirar a atmosfera e ver a beleza dentro e à nossa volta 🌬✨🦋
A Ecstatic Dance é uma forma dinâmica de meditação onde nos conectamos profundamente connosco através do movimento.
Dançamos descalços, sem conversas verbais, telemóveis, álcool ou drogas - apenas sensação pura, conexão e partilha.
É um convite a descobrir novas formas de fluir através da música e da dança; um espelho da vida.
Estes encontros seguem uma “onda musical”: começando na quietude, crescendo com ritmos vibrantes e terminando com suavidade e integração.
Começamos por nos conectar uns com os outros e com o espaço, despertando o corpo com movimentos suaves que nos aquecem para a dança.
Depois mergulhamos num transe profundo através da música, terminando com uma meditação integrativa e enraizante.

Through the body, we awaken all the senses and the light within and out.
In Ecstatic Dance, it’s not just about hearing or touch — it’s about tasting pleasure, smelling the atmosphere, and seeing the beauty within and around us 🌬✨🦋
Ecstatic Dance is a dynamic form of meditation where we deeply connect with ourselves through movement.
We dance barefoot, without verbal conversation, mobile phones, alcohol, or drugs — only pure sensation, connection, and sharing. It’s an invitation to discover new ways of flowing through music — a mirror of life.
These gatherings follow a musical wave: beginning in stillness, building to uplifting rhythms, and ending in gentle softness.
We start by connecting with each other and the space, awakening the body with soft movements that warm us up for dance. We then dive into deep trance through music, finishing with a grounding, integrative meditation.
