BASKETBALL
Join Almas Libres, Barcelona’s largest women’s urban sports community, for weekly basketball sessions designed by women, for women.
Basketball demands speed, strength, precision, and creativity. Each session focuses on improving ball-handling, shooting, footwork, defense, and overall fitness, giving you the skills and confidence to own the court. We’ll also work on agility, balance, flexibility, and game sense to help you take your play to the next level.
Our sessions take place at the iconic Parc de l’Espanya Industrial one of Barcelona’s top outdoor basketball courts in collaboration with Street Basketball Sants

Come ride with Almas Libres, Barcelona’s largest women’s community! Our weekly surfskate class is perfect for beginners and intermediate skaters, with qualified coaches to guide you.
Our weekly session is in collaboration with Yow, and will see you progress from learning the basics of surfskate to carving in the bowl.

Join Almas Libres, Barcelona’s largest women’s urban sports community for our monthly hiking meet up!
These meet ups are a chance to connect with like-minded women and take a break from the city, even if just for a few hours.
WHEN
Once a Month (During Summer)

Depart 08:30, exact time shared with the route
ROUTE
We will meet in Barcelona, and travel together by train to the start of the hike. The hike route will be announced 1 week before each trip in our community WhatsApp group. Each hike will be under 4 hours in duration and suitable for beginner to intermediate levels.
