Join Almas Libres, one of Spain’s largest women-led urban sports communities, for our weekly football training with our all-female coaching team.

Each session combines 50% skills and fitness with 50% match play, so you can develop your technique, build your fitness and put everything you’ve learned straight into action on the pitch.
