Ground Lab is the weekly reset ritual at the heart of Aloka's practice — a recurring sound bath circle where breath, vibration, and intention meet to settle the nervous system and bring you back to yourself. "Very Portland," intimate, and designed to be returned to. Not a one-off experience — a rhythm. Same circle, same hour, every Thursday.
Bowls, breath, stillness. You leave lighter than you came in. New friends warmly welcomed; regulars even more so.
#### ABOUT GRAHAM
Named Best Sound Bath Experience by Willamette Week's Best of Portland Readers' Poll 2025. A lifelong musician with five years deep in the form. Playful, warm, heart-centered. Graham is also the founder and creative force behind the Aloka — Sound Bath House.

#### WHAT TO EXPECT
A familiar weekly arc with room to breathe:
- Circle open, somatic movement settle-in, connect with breath, and Spirit Leaf Ritual
- Sound journey — crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, harmonium, gong, shamanic instruments
- Brief seated meditation + share
- Softer return with energy work and Graham's signature close
- Goodbye Song + integration

- Props provided — mats, bolsters, blankets, cushions (bring your own if preferred)
