Alpha Cafe – An evening of humanist connection

Join us for our weekly Alpha Cafe for connection and discussion!

**Location will change to in-person venues once we have an established group.

This 60-minute online session will be organized around three key moments:

1️⃣ Grounding & Meditation – A brief exercise to center ourselves.
2️⃣ Topic Presentation – A prompt for all cafes to share and discuss.
3️⃣ Group Discussion – A chance to share thoughts, listen deeply, and reflect together.

This space is open to everyone, regardless of background. All we ask is that you join from a quiet place, stay for the full hour, and engage with openness, honesty, and respect. You don’t need to bring anything, but a notebook might be useful for capturing insights.
