WHO ARE WE

Alpha Community is a global community of young people united by their rejection of all forms of violence and discrimination.

In our meetings we explore what unites us as human beings:
The relationship with society, overcoming pain and mental suffering and the search for a deep meaning of existence.

We promote meetings and seminars on social, psychological and existential topics where we study and practice a methodology of Self-Knowledge and Self-Transformation.

Participation is open to young people of all cultures, social backgrounds, religious beliefs and sexual orientations, who share these needs and aspirations.

DESCRIPTION OF THE MEETING

At the beginning we will have a short group meditation, then we will introduce the discussion topic of the day, on social, psychological or existential topics.

Participation is free and open to all young people aged between 18 and 36.
