This is not a regular cafe, this is a longer, more general meeting that we have once a trimester to come together and remember why we do what we do in this project. Like other meetings, we will have the typical moments in our Seasonal Event:

1️⃣ Grounding & Meditation – A brief exercise to center ourselves.
2️⃣ Topic Presentation – A video for the community to reflect on followed by a question
3️⃣ Group Discussion – A chance to share thoughts, listen deeply, and reflect together.

This space is open to everyone, regardless of background. All we ask is that you join from a quiet place, stay for the full hour, and engage with openness, honesty, and respect. You don’t need to bring anything, but a notebook might be useful for capturing insights.
