Big Beehive and Lake Agnes

Difficulty: Moderate (for the most part)

We will hike from the Chateau to Lake Agnes and then to the top of the Big Beehive. Afterwards, we will head to Banff for the hotsprings.

What to bring

• Hiking shoes/boots with good treads.
• Microspikes.
• Hiking poles.
• Please dress in layers.
• Plenty of water*
• Lunch/snacks.
• Bear spray.
• Personal first aid kit.

*carry your water in an insulated mug or if you are using a water bladder, have an insulation sleeve for the hose.

Carpooling/Park Pass

If anyone needs a ride from the city, please make arrangements through the event chat/messaging. Consider a contribution to your driver for gas and park pass + parking.

I would like to stop on Banff after for a hot springs visit. Bring a swimsuit, towel, and money for that if you want to join me. we may need to do a car shuffle at Lake Louise for those who do or do not want to join us. please ensure you contribute money for gas to yoyr drivers.
