What we’re about
STORM RIDERS meetup group is a friendly community of motorcycle enthusiasts who enjoy riding, tours, and off-road adventures while having fun together. Rides range from local rides for a few hours (e.g. breakfast, lunch), to multi-day tours, and off-road adventures. We also have other fun activities to complement the rides such as hikes, sightseeing, etc. The goals are to share knowledge, gain experience, and have awesome rides. We ride in a spirited way, but always with safety in mind.
This group is about meeting new people of all ages and experience levels, however, it's expected that you are in good health and have some experience riding. Beginners are welcome to join and will be happy to help, however, will have to complete a motorcycle foundation course to be able to ride in groups. We have a fun diversity of people with all backgrounds, male or female, and all types of street-legal motorcycles. This is a motorcycle riding group, please don't join if you do not have one (or plan to buy one soon) and no racers, please.
Please note that you bear sole responsibility for everything that happens on any ride with us. Organizers and event hosts of STORM RIDERS meetup group as a whole, Organizes, Event hosts, and Meetup are not liable or responsible for anything that happens. Everyone is here voluntarily and of their own free will and we ride together as friends and there are no leaders. You bear the responsibility for any passengers you take on your motorcycle. You must have insurance coverage and a valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement. You ride at your own risk.
