Alt Ladies go historical! We will visit Severndroog Castle and the surrounding areas.
Severndroog Castle is an 18th-century Gothic tower nestled in the ancient woodland of Shooter’s Hill, southeast London. With its striking architecture, rich history and far-reaching rooftop views, it remains a much-loved local landmark and a rare Georgian folly open to the public.
Route:
1. Start: Eltham Station at 10:30am - meet at the main entrance doors
2. Well Hall Pleasaunce
3. Tudor Barn Moat
4. Severndroog Castle

After the walk we'll head to the Harvester Falcon Eltham for some well deserved drinks and food.
Please wear comfortable shoes and bring some food and water with you.
We will meet at Eltham train station at 10:30am.
