Come and join us for our very own 2 day Catacombs Festival ☠︎

This is Day 2 – The Brompton Cemetery Catacombs & a walk @ Brompton Cemetery Open Day.

We will be meeting at West Brompton tube station at 1pm.
Please be prompt as we need to get tickets for the Catacombs.
The open day is free, and the Catacombs have a small fee (this is not shown on the website yet, but the past fee has been about £6)

Brompton Cemetery is one of the Seven Magnificent Cemeteries of London. The event is hosted by The Friends of Brompton Cemetery and offers a variety of attractions, stalls, and rare access to the catacombs. Key activities include:

• Catacomb Tours: A highly sought-after opportunity to descend into the cemetery's Victorian vaults. Tickets are distributed on the day and go very quickly.
• Specialist Guided Walks: Including general history tours, a tree walk (led by plant folklore expert Roy Vickery), and a tour explaining the "lost language" of Victorian tomb symbols.
• Exhibitions & Attractions: Displays include birds of prey, a vintage Edwardian hearse, art exhibitions, and a variety of stalls.

After this we will be having dinner at the Troubadour! This place is very famous for having lots of bands play there in the past including the fabulous Jimi Hendrix! If you would like to join for food here is the menu for the Troubadour (265-267 Old Brompton Road
