The Bacchae @ The Space Theatre

Alt Ladies London event organiser Maria (Aka DJ Vespora from the Enter The Shadows nightclub) has written, directed, and will act and dance in her shortened version of the Greek tragedy "The Bacchae" by Euripedes. Also starring in this play is fellow Alt Ladies London event organiser Ashley, who will be acting and dancing as one of the Bacchae. Professional photography is being shot by acclaimed alternative photographer and Alt Ladies London member - Nia Russo.

Shows are on Thursday 20th August (7pm) and Saturday 22nd August (3pm) at The Space Theatre, 269 Westferry Road, London, E14 3RS. (Nearest DLR: Mudchute. Nearest tube: Canary Wharf).

On Sunday 23rd August (5.30pm) the show will be in Canary Wharf Roof Gardens at 43 Fishermans Walk, Canary Wharf Estate, London E14 5HA. (Nearest tube: Canary Wharf).

You can attend any date, if you would like to come with us we will be going on the 22nd August at 3pm at The Space Theatre.

You can also stay for the "Liminal" Art Exhibition afterwards (6pm - 9pm) which is organised by Nia Russo, and also features fellow Alt Ladies London member Stephanie Vont. After this is the Enter The Shadows club night (9.30pm - 1am) which plays Symphonic metal & goth, run by Maria. So, why not stay all evening?
