Summer is fully here, the water is warm, and there’s no better place to be than by the beautiful Alte Donau. Whether you’ve just moved to Vienna, you’re a long-time expat, or a local looking to expand your circle, you are warmly invited to join us for a relaxed afternoon of sun, good conversations, and great company.

How it works (The Potluck Style 🥖🍇)

To keep things easy and fun, we are doing a classic community picnic. Please bring along a little something to share!

• Food: Anything you like! Something you baked, a favorite snack from your home country, fresh fruit, finger foods, or just a fresh baguette and some dips from the local market.
• Drinks: Bring your favorite refreshing beverage (Prosecco, radler, homemade lemonade, or plenty of water!).
• Comfort: Don’t forget a picnic blanket, a towel if you want to jump in the water, and plenty of sunscreen.

What to expect:

✨ A super welcoming, relaxed vibe.

✨ A melting pot of different cultures and stories.

✨ Swimming, laughing, and catching the sunset by the water.

New to town? Don't worry about coming alone, most people do, and by the end of the afternoon, you’ll leave with a bunch of new friends.
