Fellow queer, neurodivergent fiber artists~~ let's get together, do our respective crafts, sip beverages, and feel like we're home.
What is this?!?!
A regular knitting/crocheting meetup for the people who don't always feel like they fit into their normal knitting circles. I want to create the knitting community that my 16 year old queer self wishes existed when I was younger. I want this to feel like home.
When?
Dates are flexible, but I'd love for this event to be bi-weekly or monthly, depending on the location, interest and turnout!
Where?
Currently, this is likely to centralize around Bergen/Passaic County, but this is also flexible depending on frequency, interest and turnout!

Okay, but real talk, off the record, tell me more:
I don't know about y'all, but I've never felt like I've Fit Inâ„¢ with the older knitting circles where the primary topics of conversation are Dear Husbandâ„¢s and The Real Housewivesâ„¢. I've always wanted to feel excited about going to knitting events and not nervous that I'm going to be the one queer purple haired oddity. I'd love to create a space where y'all feel welcome, excited and home. <3
