The History of CO2: Past, Present and Future

Bob Fischer is a post-doc at NASA GISS, a laboratory focused largely on climate change. He is investigating the long-term behavior of ice sheets in a changing climate. Before joining GISS, Dr. Fischer spent a decade on Wall Street: his experience includes statistical arbitrage, trade execution, simulation/modeling platforms, signal development, and options trading. Dr. Fischer also had a professional dance career, pursued in conjunction with graduate school in Cambridge, MA. He is a graduate of Yale College.
