What we’re about
We aim to bring investors and aspiring investors together on a regular basis to learn how to achieve financial independence, time independence, and location independence. Our ultimate goal is to help others achieve independence of purpose, so they can live like a nomad, doing what they want, when they want, and where they want.
Our main focus is on commercial syndications, primarily in the self-storage space but we are happy to offer insight and share our learnings when it comes to investing in residential, short-term rentals and buy and hold properties.
We want to educate others on how to invest in a way that creates passive income streams so they can work less and have the time and freedom to do the things they love. By surrounding ourselves with other investors and like-minded people we can share our knowledge and learn from each other.
