What we’re about

Everyone is a healer on some level of their being. We are a community of like-minded, inspired souls, and a networking group for local Phoenix area holistic practitioners, helpers. If you are interested in alternative healing and spirituality, come join us for SOUL SOLUTIONS as we meet monthly to share inspired dialogue, stories, and connection on a variety of spiritual topics. We are a safe, welcoming group and are open to any and all denominations!

Join us for workshops, classes, art therapy, reiki and energy healing, intuitive and psychic healing, ascended masters and meditation, hypnosis, yoga, A Course in Miracles meetings, forgiveness, and other heart-centered healing techniques.

We offer events with guest speakers and learning opportunities here at True Self Institute, located within A Mindfulness Life Center, as well as other locations throughout the Valley.
