ABOUT:
No dance experience needed. Our movement practice is a blend of free form ecstatic dance and somatic embodiment practices that help us get out of our thinking mind and connect with our body as we release stress and tension. We use sound to awaken our voice! We use sound to move heavy energy out of our body. We use sound to awaken the chakras and clear blocks that may be inhibiting the flow of the innate wisdom of our body. We end our practice with Live Music and Sound Healing. We infuse the energy field with angelic vocals, sound healing music and the gold light meditation. Leave this practice feeling energized, relaxed and balanced.
