CEREMONY: Aries Rising! Ecstatic Dance, Somatic Movement, Sound Healing

Florida Conscious Dance CommUnity, This Sunday April 6 we celebrate Aries Rising! Neptune entered Aries amplifying our Intuition, Creativity, and Compassion. Join us at JaiStar Studios, as we enter our 13th year of conscious dance in South Florida.

ABOUT OUR EVENT:

Movement: No dance experience needed. Our movement practice is based on free form dance and somatic embodiment practices. The free form dance allows us to open up the body and release stress and tension. The somatic embodiment practices help us connect with our body and heal the mind-body-energy connection.

Music: Live DJ Set curated by Star. The music begins slow and you will be guided through a somatic grounding ritual. As the music picks up, everyone will freely dance. The music is designed to take you through the alchemy of the Chakras and Elements. Live Drummers will play during the tribal dance phase of our journey. As the music slows down, we will connect with our hearts and begin to find a comfortable place to relax.

Magic: Sound Healing with the Pleiadian Guides and Chambers of Light for "Heart Chakra Healing". This is truly a magic experience of the highest divine light. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy as you receive divine waves of light through sound, energy and music. We close our practice singing a mantra (song) and everyone is welcome to join in.
