Blessings Community and New Members! We Welcome You to the Conscious Dance Community of South Florida. Sunday Oct 5 from 11am to 1pm join us at JaiStar Studios located in downtown Lake Worth Beach for an morning of ecstatic dance, somatic movement and community!

We have been offering ecstatic dance, yoga, live music and somatic based movement since 2012. Come join our community for a holistic experience on Sunday morning.

ABOUT: Sunday Ecstatic Dance, Somatic Movement & Sound Healing

In our Sunday class, we will begin with a slow flow warm up, you can bring your yoga mat. Our somatic warm up practice that blends together breathwork and movement that will help you get out of the thinking mind and down into your body. The warm up feels like a gentle hug. After the warm up, we will move into a free from ecstatic dance journey that will take you through a wide range of movements and emotions with evocative music. Awaken your energy through the science of somatic intelligence using the technology of breathwork, movement, music and self inquiry. We close our class with sound healing and meditation.

What is Ecstatic Dance? We use free-form movement to help us open up to creative ways of moving. This means that you move and dance without choreography or steps to learn or follow. Without choreography, the dancer can find new ways of moving, which translates into new ways of being and thinking in daily life. No Dance Experience Needed.
