Dance to save the Planet. This waterfront dance event will be to raise awareness of the importance of protecting the natural resources that sustain our lives.

Come and participate in the biggest flash mob to save the planet in DC. We will play a unique set of songs filled with the sounds of Earth and African Rhythms. Our dance leaders will lead the dance animation for Earth Dance 2016. If you are a dance choreographer please get in contact with us, we are looking for volunteers with the creation of this choreography. Before and after the Earth Dance we will play popular partner dancing music like Salsa, Bachata, Zouk and Kizomba.

This event will take place every second and last Sunday. To pay for the public gathering permit we require each participant to pay a $5 participation fee.

At 6pm our volunteers can teach a 30min basic dance lesson. Either Salsa, Bachata or Kizomba.
