Re: A Cheaper Way to Make Hydrogen from Water + Tempe Solar Cookout

Hi, Jon,

1) the notice you sent below about a cheaper way to make hydrogen energy is really fascinating! Thanks!

2). Did you know that there is a Solar Cookout and Potluck in Tempe Saturday April 13? It's held at Daley Park from 10 am -2 pm, with food, music and commercial + homemade solar cookers doing their thing!  I went last year and there were quite a few people there.

Is this something that some of the Alt energy group would like to know about to possibly attend? I just saw that Bruce Joseph added the Tucson Solar cookout for April 6th. When I lived in Tucson many years ago, I used to go to that one - it was held in May and we nearly cooked ourselves in the heat! Glad to see that they upped it to April for cooler weather.

Anyway, just wondering if the Tempe one is something that should be put on the schedule, at least for the educational part of it, as the group goes over the adv/disadv of the different types of solar cookers, and demos of them.

I have an unbelievable number of things to do that day, and I'm struggling with how to get there for at least part of it, as a couple of things I/m scheduled for are on the opposite part of town. Incredible that everything has to bunch up at once! Bummer! But, I really want to go!
