Althrix Movie & Asia Networking Afternoon | Howl’s Moving Castle

We’ll be watching a Japanese anime movie, Howl’s Moving Castle (with drinks and Snacks), one of Studio Ghibli’s most celebrated films, with a small group of just 12 guests at Bloom West, Battersea.

The movie story follows Sophie, a young woman who is mysteriously cursed and transformed into an elderly woman. Searching for a way to break the spell, she encounters the powerful but mysterious wizard Howl and enters his extraordinary moving castle. As Sophie becomes part of Howl’s unusual world, their journey unfolds through magic, war, friendship and love. At its heart, the film explores courage, compassion, self-discovery and the transformative power of human connection.
