New to crochet or looking to brush up on the basics? This class is the perfect place to start! You’ll learn the foundational skills every crocheter needs — chains, slip stitches, and single and double crochet stitches — all while working on a classic, satisfying project: the granny square.

We’ll walk through each stitch step-by-step in a relaxed, supportive setting, so you can build confidence and muscle memory as you go. By the end of class, you’ll have a granny square of your very own, made with skills you can carry into countless future projects (blankets, bags, coasters — the possibilities are endless!).

No prior experience necessary — just bring your curiosity and a willingness to learn a new craft.

Supplies to bring:

Do NOT buy anything special, but if you have these things, bring them along. We will have some tools and yarn to share.
* Scissors
* Tapestry Needle(s) (for weaving in ends)
* Crochet hook
* Yarn- preferably in multiple colors.

**Any/multiple size(s) of crochet hook(s) and yarn weights are okay as long as the yarn weight(s) matches the gauge of the hook(s).**
