AVS & Friends partner with the City of Bowie for our 5th Annual Cycling Event:
Juneteenth Ride & Jubilee
When: June 14th, 2025

The Juneteenth Jubilee will be held directly after our cycling event on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at Allen Pond Park from 11am- 5pm.

The festival is open to all ages and will have several Activity Areas:
Kid Zone: Free inflatables, rides, and sports clinics for kids.
Entertainment: Our favorite DJ and sponsor, DJ Battle will be on the turntables from 11a-2pm near the main stage.
Kids Bike Rodeo: Bring your kids up to age 13 and their bikes and helmets for a fun time navigating our obstacle course and learning bike handling and safety.
College and D9 Greek Row: Showcasing HBCUs and Black Alumni Associations to promote colleges and if possible, offer onsite acceptance. D9 organizations will promote their respective organizations and chapter activities. There will be a unity step show on stage.
Marketplace and Info: Vendors will sell their goods and services, non-profit organizations will promote their services.
Food Vendors: There will be two zones dedicated to local food and concession vendors.
Amphitheater: Live entertainment.
Artist’s Ave: Local artists will showcase their curated work for viewing and purchase.
Physical and Mental Health: This area is dedicated to groups focusing on physical and mental health services and will include demos.
Live Concert: at the main stage from 6pm-8pm
