📍 Bowie City Hall
🚲 Ride first, then join us! Two group rides begin rolling out at 10 AM, timed so riders can finish and head back to Bowie City Hall for the Summit. Make a full day of it: ride with the community in the morning, then help shape the future of cycling in PG County in the afternoon.
