Dr Richard Bergeron is proud to announce the official opening of the Montreal Memory Clinic with a fundraising cocktail party to the benefit of the Alzheimer Society of Montreal.
Your attendance will directly supports the work of the Alzheimer Society of Montreal, which provides vital services, educational programs, and outreach to individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s. Each donation increment of $50 provides 1 hour of personalized support services for individuals living with a neurocognitive disorder and their loved ones.

• A donation of $250 = 5 hours of support services
• A donation of $600 = 12 hours of support services
• A donation of $1200 = 24 hours of support services

Tax receipts
Tickets to the event: A tax receipts for ticket purchases will be issued by the Alzheimer Society of Montreal, shortly after the event.
Donations: A tax receipt will be issued automatically for all donations.
Sponsorship: No tax receipts will be provided for sponsorship.

The event will take place on Sunday, September 21st from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. on the 5th floor terrace of the Montreal Memory Clinic.
