MTB Biketicket to ride (Red) - Chur/Lenzerheide/Chur

Planning to ride the BikeTicket to ride (Red) on Sunday.

This circular lift-assisted MTB tour usually starts in Lenzerheide however my idea would be to start and finish in Chur to cut down on the travel time from/to Zurich.

As it’s fairly long, depending on time and energy, it could be shortened by ending in Churwalden from where there are buses to Chur.

An alternative for the day could also be to do just half of the Biketicket to ride starting from Lenzerheide and finishing in Chur, with some additional riding either in Lenzerheide or in Chur.

Pace
My idea is to have a chilled-out day the mountains biking from place to place and using the lifts whenever possible. When doing these tours I also enjoy stopping for lunch or coffee at one of mountain restaurants.

08:12 - 09:43 HB - Chur (IR 35)

There are several train connections back from Chur to Zurich HB.
