Welcome to the Central Virginia chapter of Asexuals and Aromantics of the Mid-Atlantic: With events in Richmond, Hampton Roads, and Charlottesville
Asexuals and Aromantics of the Mid-Atlantic is a Meetup group for asexuals and aromantics, or people who do not experience sexual attraction. And are questioning their sexually and romantic orientation and curious about what asexuality means, and the LGBTQA community.
We are a group dedicated to the enrichment of the lives of asexuals and queer people by providing support and friendship in an open and caring environment. It is our goal to make all members feel comfortable in sharing their thoughts and experiences, and all are free to contribute as much or as little as they wish in our discussions.
This group is created as a branch group of Ace and Aro Meetup group that is centered in Washington, DC for those who live in the Central Virginia area. We do joint Meetups with the original Asexuals and Aromantics of the Mid-Atlantic Group in Washington DC and the other partner group Asexuals and Aromantics of Mid-Atlantic: Baltimore at times, but the idea of having this branch group is to be centered in Central Virginia.
