Join us for our first Amani Circle gathering! A peaceful morning of reflection, meditation, and gentle movement designed to help you reconnect with yourself and your surroundings.

We’ll begin with setting an intention and journaling, move into meditation & breathwork, flow through light yoga/Pilates inspired movement, and close with affirmations and an open circle for sharing intentions, insights, or simple gratitude.

  • A journal & pen for self-reflection
  • A yoga mat or blanket
  • Water
  • Small towel (optional)
  • Comfortable clothing you can move in

  • 5–10 min Journaling & Reflection
  • 20 min Meditation & Breathwork
  • 30 min Light Yoga / Pilates-inspired Flow
  • 10 min Closing Mantras & Group Sharing

This is a safe, welcoming space for all levels, no prior experience needed. Come as you are, bring an open heart, and leave feeling grounded, peaceful, and renewed.
