Prepare to the next new moon observing session

Details
We will create an observation plan for the next field session. For the session we will select the time near new moon, the night, when Moon will be not visible. It is the best time for Deep Sky Objects observation.
But we should have a plan what to observe. Of course we will do all those famous Messier and NGC objects and everything we like but doing a part as an obligatory plan is a good thing also. It will allow to select proper time, place and instruments and generally to be prepared.
I have idea of some sky-quality measurement based on observing dim stars sequences and spectacular galaxies from different places in the Netherland and making report what you can see and where. We have this nice map - http://darksitefinder.com/maps/world.html. What I plan to do is to put in accordance the color on this map and the observation report, what you can see in which zone. For example, we have surface brightness value for galaxies but they have different structure also - arms, halo etc. We should create some map of what observer can see in different areas based of some limited set of objects.
So, let's meet each other without telescopes first but with coffee and cakes. Books, magazines, sky maps, observing lists and various interesting information are highly appreciated.
