Cygnus part of the Milky Way: talk & observation @ Heerenveen

Details

We are much dependent on the weather.
But it is like we should have some clear skies: https://clearoutside.com/forecast/52.96/5.92

Taking into account COVID-19 issues I prefer to have several small meetings in different places instead of a big one.

So, this turn is about Heerenveen. Everybody is welcome. I selected a Tjaarda's Golden Tulip as a nice place were we can meet each other at 20:00-21:00, talk and go to observation starting at 21:30, because, as you can see, wee need a true dark which will come only at 22:05.

I will have 3 telescopes with me - 90, 150 and 400 mm (3.5, 6 and 16 inches) so probably we have enough instruments even if nobody else will take.

We have several dark places in the nearby to observe from and we can decide at the meeting where exactly to go - by feet, bicycle or car - will see.

The problem here that the weather could change - I see a very high humidity in the forecast, but that could mean just a fog 2-5 meters above the Earth surface that should be not a problem, but be prepared.

By that reason (unpredictability of the weather) I would prefer to get a feedback from everybody (not just people from Heerenveen) before the actual event so we will be able to build some flexible approach for the next week - may be try to have meetings in different places depending on the weather.

So, the time to be in touch comes finally! Let's do last summer milky way observation during the next week, the week of the new Moon and clear skies, just before the Earth will make its autumn turn!
