What we’re about

Hello doggie parents and families of Teller County! Join our social pup group for fun weekly events and festive events đŸŸ
Are you passionate about raising a well-adjusted and loved dog family member? I hope our blossoming community will add value to your busy dog-parent life and enrich your pup's life.
This group will be a community of dog parents doing their best to provide their fur babies with a rich and joyful life. We can help and support each other in training our dream dogs. You will have the opportunity to choose whether your dog can meet any new friends or decide to go home safely. This group is all about strengthening your leadership skills and trust with your dog. Hopefully, you'll make some human and dog friends along the way, too!

Safety First
Please make responsible and safe choices with your dogs. Be confident that you can manage and hold onto your dog. Always ask if your dog can meet another dog before approaching. Some dogs may not be ready to meet or may be leash aggressive. Stay home if you or your dog is sick. If you aren’t sure your dog will be friendly please have a muzzle so no one gets hurt or ensure you are keeping your distance! Understand dogs are at different stages in their training and will have different need. Safety is always a top priority. We are not professionals and can’t offer advice on advanced behavioral needs.

Who Is This Group For?
It's recommended to bring older puppies and dogs who are in training. Puppies are welcome if you think they’re ready. Kids are invited, but carefully consider if they’re ready to be the handler. Invite family and friends! Our goal is to have a blast with our dogs and let them enjoy being social.

About The Group & Host
This is a learn as you go group. Opportunities for new leadership roles are encouraged! Please reach out to the host if you are interested in becoming a Peak Tail Wags leader! I could see dog hikes, dog park adventures, and more becoming a fun part of this group. Endless potential for happy tail wags!
Your host, Christina, is not a professional dog trainer. She has a young Border Collie mix who has become a huge inspiration! Her fur baby is rambunctious and has a lot of self-growth to do before she can host more events and festivities.

Thank you for bringing more tail wags to our community of pups and loving dog families. Please join us at our next event and help spread the bark!
