I have been asked "Could you please do a Salt River Paddle on a weekend" 'Because some people have to work Monday-Friday" So here it is... MY WORKING CLASS FRIENDS! THIS SUNDAY... looks like a great day to PADDLE DOWN THE AMAZING SALT RIVER.... Sign Up!! Come one come all and lets do the Salt!

******** SUNDAY MORNING PADDLE ON THE SALT RIVER *********

We have done the river many times this season, the flow is at great levels which will make for a very nice paddle down the beautiful Salt River. So, I would like to make an event for all you weekend fun seekers....Join Us!

The weather forecast calls for 104 for the high and 80 for the low this Sunday.."NICE". Come one Come all join this fun Amazing Arizona Adventure down the ever so beautiful Salt River.

Tubers are on river, they start at 8:00AM... we may have a few, that's okay it should still give us a good opportunity to enjoy all there is to see along the rivers edge like Bald Eagles, Great Blue Heron, Great Egret, Osprey... and maybe we might catch sight of a Road runner just to mention a few of our bird species. Maybe catch sight of a North American River Otter, Coyotes, Rabbits and even skunks.... And just Maybe see the Sacred Cow.. and of course the Wild Horses.

Can't think of a better way to enjoy Sunday morning then with a relaxing float/paddle, while meeting and enjoy Amazing people having some fun on this ARIZONA ADVENTURE on the Beautiful Salt River this Sunday morning!!

The weather forecasts Low 80 the high 104. OUTSTANDING!

******THIS SHOULD BE AMAZING & RELAXING and FUN !!***************

We will meetup and ready to go at 6:45AM at Phon D. Sutton Recreation Area (Ending point). Arrive a little early to Air up your IFD/SUP, (If you have a hard shell or Inflatable Kayak and can't transport anything else, it might be best to meet us at starting location) Then will condense down to a few vehicles and carpool/shuttle up to Water Users Recreation Site (Starting point). unload kayaks and Paddleboards and bring down to launch area. (East end of main parking lot, pathway behind restrooms). Would like to be on the river at 7:30AM to enjoy the Amazing Arizona Morning....

Things you may need... PFD / Drinking Water, Life Jacket (your choice to wear one while on the water), Sunblock, Hat, Snacks, and any other items that you as an experienced kayaker likes to bring kayaking... And very important your sense for an Amazing Arizona Adventure

*For parking you will need a Tonto Pass (pay stations available) If purchased in advance only $8, at pay station $12. or ATB card (America The Beautiful) card. I recommend that you get a pass in advance as sometimes the vending machines on site do not work.
