GRANITE REEF IS OPEN!! Let's Do (all) THE SALT RIVER WEDNESDAY

COME OUT... "GRANITE REEF IS OPEN" WE CAN PADDLE THE FULL RIVER..
The area from Phon D. Sutton to Granite Reef is BEAUTIFUL!
(Not saying that the rest of the river is not). Come see it with your own eyes.
LET'S DO THE COMPLETE RIVER
WEDNESDAY MORNING PADDLE DOWN FROM WATER USERS TO THE END GRANITE REEF.... . Lets do the Salt.
Come do the whole river (all the way down to Granite Reef).

We will all start at Water Users and get out (Finish) at Granite Reef Recreation Area. The complete river.

If you want to do the whole river let's meet at Granite Reef at 7:00 am Condense down to a couple of vehicles then drive up to Water Users, the start point...
The river is flowing at a nice levels, the forecast is for mid 90° for the high and mid 60° for the low.

Can't think of a better way spend a Hump Day then with a Wednesday morning relaxing float, have some fun with fellow members on this ARIZONA ADVENTURE down the Beautiful Salt River Wednesday morning!!

******THIS SHOULD BE AMAZING & RELAXING and FUN !!********

We will meet at 7:00 AM at Granite Reef ending point. Drive up at 7:15 AM to Water Users. Will see what vehicles we can leave and condense down to drive up to Water Users Recreation Site (Starting point). Try to arrive a little earlier to Air up our IFD/SUP, Then drive up to Water Users Recreation Aria, unload kayaks and boards, bring our PFD down by water, (East end of main parking lot by restrooms), Would like to be on the river by 7:45 AM to enjoy the Amazing Arizona Morning....

The Salt river Tubers start at 9:00AM... we may have a few, that's okay it should still give us a good opportunity to enjoy all there is to see along the rivers edge.. wild life along with the Wild Horses.

Things you may need... PFD / Drinking Water, Life Jacket (your choice to wear one while on the water), Sunblock, Hat, Snacks, and any other items that you as an experienced kayaker likes to bring kayaking... And very important your sense for an Amazing Arizona Adventure

*For parking you will need a Tonto Pass (pay stations available) If purchased in advance only $8, at pay station $12. or no cost with a ATB card (America The Beautiful). I recommend that you get a pass in advance as sometimes the vending machines on site do not work.
