AMAZING PITTSBURGH! is for FUN\Cool\Interesting Events! Once you join, you can post events!

Its a good way to get the word out and Boost Signal to People in Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas! Happy Hours, Dinners, Hikes, Bike Riding, Comedy, meeting people, Adventures! Festivals, Special Events and having fun!
Pretty Much Anything goes. (see below).

IF YOU WANT TO HOST AN EVENT: MESSAGE FRANK AT midnightmunchiespa@gmail.com and I will EMPOWER you to be an Event Organizer on 5 Meetup Groups with a reach in the Pgh Region (SW PA & a lil bit of WV and OH of over 38,000+ people).
FYI: Meetup is a WEB PAGE with a THEME that happens to be an EVENTS CALENDAR AND AN EMAIL LIST. It mostly works because of the emails.
I also send out a MEETUP NEWSLETTER about the Hosted Events Happening on those meetups Once or Twice a Week. Basically anything can be posted but no "Network Marketing" Stuff like essential oils, Amway or anything scammy. Try to make your event less like advertising and more like HEY LETS HANG OUT AND DO COOL STUFF TOGETHER.
If you are a performer, it's okay to say on the meetup: Hey I am doing this comedy show/band/burlesque "come and see me and let me entertain you."

Every Monday from 7pm to 11pm is a musicians open mic/stage and it's damn good. They have an excellent house band to back people up if needed and an AMAZING SOUND GUY. I (Frank aka Big Kahuna) go about once a month to enjoy this, cause it is a hidden secret of Pittsburgh.

AcoustiCafe presents an evening of open stage entertainment with a rotating list of hosts. Our vibrant community features singer-songwriters, bands comedians, poets and more.

Every week, our house band is available to back performers looking to flesh out their work or kick it in a new direction.

OPEN MIC Check-in and SIGN UP 7pm
IF YOU ARE PERFORMING BE THERE AT 7PM! For everyone else, just show up anytime between 7pm and 11pm to enjoy the music. It's damn good.

Concert Band Musicians Needed
Anne Ashley Memorial United Methodist Church, 334 E 22nd Ave, Homestead, PA, US
Munhall Community Band rehearses on Monday evenings. We are in need of percussion, French horn, oboe and bassoon players, but we welcome all woodwind, brass and percussion instrumentalists.

If you are interested in playing with us or learning more about Munhall Community Band, please email our recruitment chairperson at recruiting@MunhallBand.org.

Rehearsals are on Monday evenings at the Munhall Anne Ashley Memorial United Methodist Church from 6pm-8:30pm.

We welcome adult musicians of all skill levels, but you should be prepared to play concert band music grades 3-5. We are happy to help you improve, but do not have the means to offer private instruction. It is free to join. You only need your instrument and a music stand!
