What we’re about
This group will focus on Amazon Connect and call center workflow, integrations and applications. This group will discuss Connect along with the 3rd party eco system to enhance the capabilities of business to reach their customers.
The group will be Amazon focused but we welcome anyone to participate regardless of current system knowledge or expertise.
We will hold in person and virtual events so that everyone has an opportunity to participate.
