Tim Hughes, Part II: 2:00pm - 3:00pm: Analyzing and Optimizing the Costs

Tim Hughes is a former Amazonian who was responsible for leading the third-party fulfillment and returns management team during his time at Amazon.com. His accomplishments include creating the business case for the Seller-Fulfilled Prime and the Seller Same-Day Delivery programs, launching Ship-by-Region in the CN marketplace, and launching the Merchant Holiday Availability program internationally.
