Event Participation Guidelines:
IMS Venue Rules and Regulations
Attendees are expected to adhere to the following IMS building policies:- Access Control: Only registered participants will be allowed in the venue; please note that the access is only for 5th and 6th floors.
- Facility Usage: Respect the premises by avoiding damage to property and using designated areas appropriately.
- Noise Levels: Maintain reasonable noise levels to avoid disrupting other activities within the building.
- Cleanliness: Dispose of waste properly and keep the environment tidy.
- Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and protocols. In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of the event staff.

Organizer's Authority
To maintain the integrity and smooth operation of the event:- Final Decision-Making: The organizers reserve the right to make final decisions on all matters related to the event.
- Right to Admission: Organizers may deny or revoke admission to any participant who violates the event guidelines or engages in inappropriate behavior.
- Modifications to the Event: Changes to the event schedule, speakers, or content may occur at the discretion of the organizers.
- Liability: Organizers are not responsible for personal belongings. Attendees are advised to keep their valuables secure.
