IMS Venue Rules and Regulations
Attendees are expected to adhere to the following IMS building policies:

• Access Control: Only registered participants will be allowed in the venue; please note that the access is only for 5th and 6th floors.
• Facility Usage: Respect the premises by avoiding damage to property and using designated areas appropriately.
• Noise Levels: Maintain reasonable noise levels to avoid disrupting other activities within the building.
• Cleanliness: Dispose of waste properly and keep the environment tidy.
• Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and protocols. In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of the event staff.
