The football summer may be over, but the next tournament is just kicking off - and this time, the teams are powered by AI.
Join AWS User Group Vienna for a special Agentic Football Cup edition hosted by us at the real football Generali Arena stadion: a hands-on workshop where you will build a team of autonomous AI agents, send them onto a virtual football pitch, and compete against other teams.
Strategy, teamwork, rapid decisions and the pressure of match day are not just football concepts.
They are also the foundations of effective multi-agent systems. Build your squad, refine its tactics, deploy it to AWS, and see whether your agents have what it takes to lift the cup. This is a great opportunity to develop a better understanding of the agents on AWS via exciting football sessions!

## 🏆 Agentic Football Cup
The Agentic Football Cup is a free, hands-on AWS workshop where you build a five-agent football team, deploy it on AWS, and watch it compete in live 5v5 matches. Each agent receives the live game state, makes an independent decision, and acts on the pitch alongside its teammates.
Behind the football theme are real-world patterns for building agentic applications: multi-agent orchestration, structured outputs, tool use, latency management, observability and repeatable evaluation. The agents run on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and use foundation models to decide their next moves during the game.
## What to expect
