Uday is a technical product leader with a deep foundation in data, AI, and platform engineering. He currently serves as Senior Director of Solutions at Bixal, a mission-driven federal consultancy, and previously held leadership roles as Chief Digital Officer at Akira Technologies and Platform Product Leader at Capital One. He also leads Metashore, a Data and AI product consultancy.

Uday is passionate about building AI-powered products that drive real-world impact—from enhancing business operations to improving human experiences. A lifelong learner and advocate for responsible tech, he regularly speaks on product strategy, Responsible AI, and emerging technologies like AI agents.

Outside of work, Uday mentors student founders and product managers, contributes to Loudoun County’s Career and Technical Education program, and serves as a Payments Technology expert in Google’s Developer Experts (GDE) program.
