Eric's Bio- Eric Gilmore is a veteran of the telecommunications and information technology industry. He is the Founder and Managing Member of SkyeCast, a leading independent technology agency located in San Diego. Established in 2017, SkyeCast serves as the customer conduit for dynamic technology solutions across North America and Globally. SkyeCast is a ZoomUp Gold Agent with Customer Experience Implementation specialization.
Mr. Gilmore entered the telecommunications industry in 1986 with Pacific Telesis, later serving as Major Account Vice President with Nortel Networks, and prior to founding SkyeCast, served as President and CEO of Packet Telecom Solutions, Inc., a leading Nortel Networks and Avaya Authorized Voice and Data Network Reseller headquartered in San Diego, CA.
Victor's Bio Victor Karpenko is an accomplished contact center and customer experience (CX) consultant, serving as the Principal Consultant for Bridgepointe Technologies. Since 2010, he has helped enterprise clients and partners across the western United States navigate complex technology decisions in CCaaS, UCaaS, BPO, and AI solutions.
Victor is known for his hands-on consulting approach and deep knowledge of leading vendors. He specializes in vendor evaluation, solution design, and project delivery—supporting organizations as they modernize their customer engagement strategies.
