How engineers solve the big problems: MATLAB and Simulink on AWS

Details
Hi All,
This month we are kindly hosted by CORE Innovation Hub Adelaide in the SpaceLab Building, Lot Fourteen.
Join us on Thursday 20th June for a T shaped exploration into the power of MATLAB and Simulink on AWS.
Dr. Peter Brady from MathWorks will cover the typical customer journey from desktop prototyping to AWS deployed 24x7 uptime.
We will go broad - He will highlight customer stores with real use cases including geologic seismic inversions, launch vehicle safety studies and real time predictive maintenance.
We can go deep - dive into the intricacies of running large scale simulations and machine learning on AWS as well.
As Peter says “So, you used MATLAB and Simulink in University? A bit has changed since then with over 3500 full time developers. The old desktop is on the way out being replaced with a unified web friendly front end to natively run the same user experience across the desktop, virtual appstream and web. In parallel, almost all of our customers are running with a cloud first strategy to seamlessly scale compute requirements on demand.”
That’s a strategy close to my heart and the reason I originally got into AWS - plus you get to play with really big toys.
See you there!
Rick
