Moonrise Walk in Point Loma

The view of downtown San Diego from Point Loma is already stunning. Add to it the beauty of watching a full moonrise at dusk over the city and you may feel like you're dreaming!

We'll meet 6:10 PM at Point Loma Park. We start walking by 6:20 PM through one of the nicest neighborhoods in San Diego to our viewing spot and watch the full moonrise by 7:02 PM (just 49 minutes after sunset).

Once we start walking I won't be checking my phone for messages, so make sure to meet on time.

There are no public restrooms on the route, so plan accordingly.

For anyone who wants to hang afterwards, the Catalina Lounge has drinks, pool, shuffleboard and is right down the hill (close to the heart of OB, which has a ton of fun options too).
