Grief shows up in many forms, from the loss of a loved one to the loss of a relationship, a dream, or a season of life.

In this gathering, we’ll come together for a guided grief meditation to gently acknowledge what you may be carrying, without trying to fix it or rush healing. This will be a calm, supportive space to slow down, breathe, and make room for both grief and light.

We’ll incorporate a few simple journaling prompts to help you reflect and leave feeling grounded and supported.
No meditation experience required. No pressure to share.
