Audience: 20’s & 30’s

Description: Our 20's & 30's Committee will be leading a hike through Penwood State Park in Simsbury, CT. This will be ~4.5 mile hike, 741 ft elevation gain through some rocky/uneven terrain, occasional climbs, scenic ridge walking with spectacular vistas. Parking at Penwood State Park is free for all, even for out of state cars. After the hike we will head over to Parkville Market in Hartford, ~20-minute car ride, to continue with the social. Parkville Market is Hartford's #1 local food hall and has 22 restaurants & 3 bars all together in a single building.
Participants must bring: Minimum 1 liter of water Snacks as necessary Any layers as weather dictates Proper hiking shoes
Confirmed participants can expect an email in advance with weather, link to a google sheet for those who would like to carpool, and further meeting location/parking details.
